How to clear Viva Insights Practitioner exam

HI Everyone, 

Here are steps to earn Viva Insights Practitioner Cerification 

Earning the Viva Insights Practitioner exam requires a couple of hours of self-study and pitch to a Microsoft with a Microsoft employee as role-playing. It's fascinating. 

𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲


1.     Number of questions: 30 questions
2.     Duration: 1.5 hours
3.     Type of questions: Multiple choice, 2 Power BI interpretation questions  
4.     Passing Score: 70%
5.     Difficulty level: Intermediate


𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐬
Familiarity with Workplace Analytics data sources in Microsoft #VivaInsights
Basic knowledge of Microsoft #powerbi software
Basic knowledge of the Query designer and query results



𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐦𝐮𝐜𝐡 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐫𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐬 𝐞𝐱𝐚𝐦? 


·       It took 2 weekends for 5 hours each day and around 5 hours for the pitch.
·       Roughly 24-30 hours of self-study and around 5 hours for preparing for the pitch. Total 𝟑𝟎 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 of time investment
·       Recommend taking screenshots from the videos, so that you can remember the core concepts. I have all my notes for your reference. This will be useful for your quiz and probably in your pitch.

Study well and revise the concepts at least once with your notes which I highly recommend. 

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟒: Once you clear your Quiz, you have to do a role-play for the client for 25-30 mins. The email will provide which topic you should prepare. At the end of the pitch, the evaluator will provide feedback on your pitch.​

𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐩 𝟓: Once evaluator clear, you have become Viva Insights Practitioner and share with your social network.
