How to activate Microsoft Viva Topics trial step by step

• Microsoft Viva topics help an organization to automatically organize content and expertise across your organization, making it easy for people to find information and put knowledge to work.
  
  
• Unlike Viva Connections and some free modules of  Viva learning, Viva Topics IS NOT free. 
  
  
• But you can try it out for 60 days in your lab. 
  
  

Prerequisites: 

• Get 60-day, 25-user Viva topics here
  
  
•  Trials aren’t available for DEVELOPMENT or educational licenses.
  So Office 365 Developer account WILL NOT work. 
  
  
• Requires Microsoft 365 F1, F3, E3, A3, E5, A5, Office 365 F3, E1, A1, E3, A3, E5, A5, Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, or SharePoint K, Plan 1, or Plan 2 license

Step by Step

1. Create an Office 365 E1, E3, and E5 subscription using this link.
   
   
2. Use this link to get started for the Microsoft Viva Topics trail. 
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

3.  Use the Learn more link to process with the Viva topics page

4. Note Trail does show the requirements for Office 365 subscriptions. Simply click on Free Trial.  

5. On the next screen, enter your new Office 365 tenant (NOT the developer tenant / educational tenant) and click next to proceed. 

6. Check out the order and process with Viva Topics by clicking on Try Now. 

7. Next Assign Viva Topics to the user as shown below:

How to showcase Microsoft Viva to your users or customers.

 Hi All, 

If you want to show Microsoft Viva to your end-users or customer, here are the steps 

Step 1: Login into Microsoft's demo environment 

URL: https://demo.microsoft.com 
Password:  <<Your Partner ID>>

NOTE: You MUST be Microsoft Partner

Step 2: When you login in CDX environment, search for Microsoft Viva Partner Shared Demo Environment 

Select the Microsoft Viva Partner Shared Demo Environment as highlighted  below

Step 3: Add your customer name OR your own Partner's name 

Step 4: Select the Start and Select the Accept and Continue button

 

Step 5: Open the Demo Environment link in InPrivate mode with login details as shown below 

Step 6: Login into Demo Environment

Step 7:  Open the Teams App and all your Viva Modules are available
